I'm refering to the one on the top, the bottom one is cheap but i dunno how effective it is.

K, so with the metal body, it only comes with that right? you still have to use your plastic upper receiver? How much do upper receivers usually run:

a) Most Highly Recommended upper receiver
b) Runner Up upper receiver
