WARNING! I once too thought that lube solved everything with problematic M11s. This is not the case.
KSC rubber is notorious for absorbing silicone oil. When it does this it swells which jams moving parts, and the M11 has several critical pieces of rubber in the gas system. Lubrication can actually make the problem worse. Also the hop rubber can absorb oil and swell, making the BB very difficult for the bolt to push through. I've tried boiling the rubber to remove the oil but that only seems to take out so much.
Lube sparingly and carefully. Oil's supposed to be a GBB's best friend; in KSC's case I believe it may turn out to be its worst enemy.
