you could do it if you moved the fire selector back to the rear hole area of the mechbox (same one used for mp5 selector) manufactured yourself a new selector plate system like maybe one similar to an ak47. would take some time and patience though. would be cheaper and easier to just get a gun that is ambidextrous.
