Hi everyone, I am still kind of new to the forums. Anyways, I currently own a stock Tm M-16 and connot justify buying an RIS syastem for it. The other day I came across picatinny rails and they seemed like a good, cheaper alternative to RIS. I just had a couple question sconcerning them.

1. Are they rails stury enough to mount somthing like a M203?
2. Are they worth buying or should I just start saving for the RIS?
