I would say that as far as finish and manufacturing, hurricane is NOT as good as systema, although i wouldn't say they are any better or worse as far as durability.

I can't say for performance either as I've never tried hurricane, but out of all the brands i have tested, systema has been the most consistent and have above-average performance.
