Depending on the level FTK you're getting and depending on the gun it's for, it may come with other items such as low resistance switch/wiring assemblies, upgraded batteries, reinforced gearbox plates, reinforced cut off levers, bearings, etc.
The price is dependent on the gun you're getting this for and the upgrade level you're trying to achieve.
An M16 upgraded to M120 levels, you'll probably be looking at the Systema FTK99-11 kit which is the expert set for the M16A2. It comes with an M130 spring, but you can drop your M120 in there no problem. The next step down is the M100 and the next level up is the M150.
