It should all be fine and dandy. ICS M4s are pretty much identical internally to other M4s, except for the whole splitting mechbox and the anti-reversal lever. You'd want to keep your stock anti-reversal lever, because of the cool forward assist/decocking thing. If you do upgrade your ICS, be VERY careful installing the bearings/bushings. The holes in the mechbox are SLIGHTLY smaller than normal. You might be best off boring them out ever so slightly, and then lightly hammering in the bushings... but definitely keep the mechbox fully supported while you're doing it. I've seen a warped ICS box, it's not pretty. Really hard to tell visually whether or not there was any damage done, but it went through gears like a mofo, so we knew something was up.
