I've successfully installed Systema parts into ICS gearboxes.

The Guarder equivalent kit is Guarder FTK-42.
Preordered $163.42 + shipping to Ontario.

If you're in a rush for it, I suggest getting it through someone who has it in stock such as MadMax.
