Yeah, the stock included a long wire adapter to connect the front small tamiya connector and extend it to the rear.
I chose to bypass this so save on electrical resistance. I just re-wired the gun to the rear and did a direct deans electrical connection. I also converted by battery's connector to
Deans.
To tell you the truth, I think some time in the future I'll convert all my guns to
Deans battery connectors
