1. Remove dust cover and charging handle.
2.Remove the front. Four screws, two inside of magwell, two right next to magwell.
3. Remove pistol grip. Only one screw there.
4. Remove selector switch. Only one screw there.
5. Pull out the mechbox half way out, you should be able to see selector plate form there. If nessesery, disconnect mechbox from the wiring in the stock.
