I have an Aimpoint replica on my M4-S and a 3-12x 40mm rifle scope on my M-14. I find the Aimpoint is best seeing you could use it with both eyes open and the rifle scope on the m14 is good for take longer distance potshots. Though I do sometimes switch the aimpoint over to the M14 and love it.
