As far as the pistol since no one mentioned it is a SIG SAUR P228 I beleive. JTF2 has many different optical sights that i have seen in various pictures, but namely ofcourse the Elcan, Aimpoint and EOTech.

As for the C8 being a solid sight rails, since Colt took over, they are now producing the C8 with a removable sight rail just like the American M4.
