Hmm I tried to look it up on the net but no luck.

Got it in a catalouge that I picked up at the Tokyo airsoft show. Talked to my buddy at my night game last night, he has an APS type-96, he has this thing and says it allows you to adjust the power up but not down and only a little bit. He has a interesting custom, he packed the barrel with sand, super super tightly packed. Very solid and accurate.
