Did you wind up the highcap?
Once you pour the BBs into the mag opening at the top, like a trap door, close it and wind the magazine wheel at the bottom for about
2-3 minutes or if it starts clicking.
When I had an ICS MP5, the mags also tend to rattle themselves out, so try holding it up in the magwell to see if that will help.
