Make your own account, ID yourself properly. Add your age, and general location. That way we can find you local help and resources without guessing.
If you are under 18, forget it or read the Information section about getting age-verified. Read the posts on how to deal with this game and the laws attached to it.
Read the Information section for the answers to all of your questions that are Frequently Asked... it's all there and you're not the first person asking.
Then read about Upgrades and Modifications. Check Retailer's websites and others for ideas. What you want may already be built.
After you've done some research, if you REALLY dont find the answers, ask again.
