i had an m14, and i must say it was a pretty sweet peice of hardware, but i sold it because it just wasnt my cup o tea.
but i do have an ICS M4 RIS and its damn nice, really solid good performance and i havent had any probs with it yet.
i say go M4 but then again its all up to you
