To put it bluntly, you have 2 years to wait unless your parents want to supervise you at all times.
Those 2 years can be used to read and search this site; all your answers are there.
Getting another account after being banned just means you will probably be banned again. Looking at the crap your posted in your other account, I'm not surprised. Bitching about age-verification rules, and breaking them, is most likely the reason you were banned.
