Tent and all camping gear stays at the camp site, anything you might need in the field goes wherever you go during the game.
By anything else I mean water supply, some food, poncho/rain gear, first aid kit etc. It also depends on game rules. If you will be playing non stop for 24 hours, sleeping/eating/reloading in the field than you pack enough supplies to survive for 24 hours.
