Yup! That one has only a single attachment point.

On the one side you see the two screw mounts, on the other side is a straight rail. Because of that TM lowmount, the rail on the other side of the scope doesn't work with that rail because of the design of it. Anyways, trying to describe what to watch out for. The scope you linked would be perfect for an MP5, and most likely would look damn cool.
