I disassembled my M4 and when doing so I pulled the charging handle too far back and ruiened the spring. Also, on the left side of my M4 there is a bolt release button. I was wondering if a spring goes in there because all that button does is rattle around and it gets very annoying. Thanks for the help!

I did the same thing, first time I had it apart.
I suggest using a elastic band for the charging handle instead.
No more clang and it doesn't screw up each time you take it apart.
