KSC Auto Glock - Releasing Gas

Ok, this KSC G26C is giving me an ulcer...

I replaced the worn-looking hammer assembly with one from a near-mint KSC G18C, but left the metal slide and barrel installed. Full auto worked most of the time, and semi usually just instantly released all the gas.

I've now reverted back to completely stock form.

Now the gun doesn't fire on full auto at all... The first trigger pull releases all the gas. On semi, it will fire off 1-10 shots, and then release all the gas.

I have done as CDN_Stalker suggested in other posts regarding the same issue, and added light silicon oil to the hammer assembly (as well as other places). I have even removed, disassembled, cleaned, oiled, then reassembled the hammer assembly (again).

I have tried two different G19 magazines, both with stock valves, and one G19 mag with a KM Hi-Flow Valve. All result in the same thing.

My rocket/floating valve is intact.

The only parts that seem to have any significant wear on them are:
Part #'s 260+261, and also the top of #265.

Part #253 and the top of part #92 (which are in conjunction with that parts lists above) seem to be in perfect condition.

Can anyone please give some insight as to why is this happening?
