There are several guns with ambidextrous safeties and at least one I've seen (forgot which one exactly) that had a mag release that could be swapped which side its on. Lefthanded guns in real steel are quite expensive because they are made in such low numbers, if you can find an airsoft lefthanded gun I can imagine it would be a lot more expensive than a normal gun.
It will be hard to find a gun with the slide release or mag release on the proper side of a lefthanded person but Beretta's and Hi-Capa's/1911's often have ambidextrous safeties.
