well you can't change the mag release or slide release on glocks but they work quite well left handed. My wife shoots lefty she feels the easiest to use is the glock. But if you want the actually pieces on the right side then I would also say Beretta or 1911 maybe a usp not sure on the airsoft ones but real ones can do both.
