I'm a righty but the TM P226 doesn't feel too bad in the left hand. I don't believe that the mag release, decocker, slide release...can be switched over to the right side of the gun, and it bothers me that i can feel the mag release under my finger when i'm holding the sig w/ my left hand.
The grips are slightly contoured for the right-handed shooter, but like I said before, feels pretty good in the left hand other than the fact that i can feel the mag release under my finger.
I think that the beretta/hi-capa would be a bit better for leftys
