Yah the Desert Eagle is good for lefties in my opinion. Safety is ambidexterous and the mag release and slide lock is easy to press with your index finger. It may actually be easier to press those for a lefty because if you have small hands using right your thumb might not reach both of them. I shoot right but sometimes i switch to left and it works quite well. But a desert eagle may also be too big and heavy for some people.
