I have one for AK mags. It's a pretty basic vest, the butt pack is large enough to hold a pile of mags, a canteen, some smoke grenades, etc. I've only ever used the frag pouches for an FRS radio. The additional pouches and packs you can add to it are nice, especially that shoulder holster.
Quality is extremely good. I've put mine through its paces and aside from being flattened from sitting under about 50 lbs. of M84, it still looks new. The company is also very easy to deal with and ships promptly. If you've got your heart set on one, don't hesitate to get it.
