The round holds 100 BBs, at 0.25g/BB, you're looking at 25gs travelling at 300-400fps. Thats 104.5J, obviously the round would lose energy as soon as its fired, but its not going to lose THAT much energy. If you get a direct hit, its going to hurt.......a lot.

It's like being hit with a tennis ball. Not pleasant, but no permanent damage. lol
We test fire all of our equipment before we use it. I'm willing to let myself get shot by any of our equipment, its safe. Well as safe as anything in airsoft really.
