You can get DPM smocks and Flectarn smocks at Army Outfitters.

I have a DPM one, 95 pattern, very good design, large pockets, "canadian style" buttons. nice fitting .. quite wind and spray resistant.

I also have a Flectarn one, Good .. but I like the Brit one better

I have also seen them at Creative Outdoor up a Leslie and HW 7
