Another question. Most AEGs seem to retail in the 500-700 range. Does this mean that most AEGs are actually middle-grade? I just ask because in my experiance (and I should say, non-airsoft experiance before Greylocks has a fit), just because something costs more doesn't necessarily mean it's higher end.
From what I can tell of airsoft guns, a lot of the ones up over $1k still have similar internals to the "middle" guns. For example, wwiiguns.com has an MG-42 for something like $1,200 US that uses the same internals as a TM M-16. I know most of the cost probably comes from having a gun that looks like pure sweetness, but is the actual quality of the higher priced equipment any better than the middle priced stuff?
