thanks for that, a lot of helpful information to change my mind about it. It may be cheap but I'm thinking I might want to wait a while and save up for a CA. Is the stock CA M15A4 full metal? If so, what are some notable parts that are made from ABS plastic?

The JG will break down FAR before a TM will even strain, the cylinder head is plastic and the mechboxes show a lot more flaws, JG also doesn't stick in the front screw on the ver.3 mechboxes that keeps the mechbox from opening a gap at the front.

I'm not saying JG are crap, they are very decent especially for the price, I'm just saying they still aren't near a TM. If I had a choice for which gun I'd want to buy as a starter gun, TM all the way. But once you have one reliable gun if your looking to expand your collection for cheap to try out different models and such JG seems to be a very valid option.
