Extended length AK barrel. Real steel is 591MM and most airsoft conversions are at least that (Fits PSG length inner).

I have a set of Romanian RPK that I used in a conversion. Made from a very hard wood, not 100% sure what it's made of though. Any hard wood would work just fine

There are specific real steel flashiders, but even none (AK barrel nut) is fine as many RPK's in real life are like that.
