Quick question, what's the best way to protect my face in airsoft, without having to bust out the full paintball masks, I see people with just goggles and I wonder about what happens when you get shot in the mouth, and I've seen a few chipped teeth, which I really don't want to happen, my friends Idea was to take A pair of goggles and a ski mask typed thing, which sounds like a pretty good idea to me, would this work? perhaps a bandana over the mouth if there's a hole, just to be completely safe.

Just don't smile when you're playing, even though you have the urge to crack one when you hear your little electric blender spewing hundreds of rounds a minute. Some fields require that you wear a full face mask, others accept just the goggles...although I have seen a lot of safety glasses being worn in some pictures, but a snug fit is best.
If you're really worried about chipping teeth, you could invest in a mouth guard or use your ski mask idea.
