CQBR and Mk18 are not the same
CQBR were the older models that were used near the beginning of the war as seen in that Seal pic. Seals are the ones that majority use the LMT uppers which are 10.5 while the VBSS are the ones that use Colt 10.3 length barrels on their Mk18 mod 0
Mk18s were issued to replace the CQBRs by the navy, which used reburished M16A1 lowers with 10.3 length barrel. You can check out the Reburished Date on this Pic of an A1 Reciever
The Differance is Small between both rifles, but enough to be a weiny about with some people.
