hmmm....it DID go wonky when I had to hose an entire team...nonetheless, I did repair the problem. I couldn't find a replacement part, as the problem was inside the gearbox and the piece involved seems to be rare, as I'm assuming this problem does not often occur. So what I did was cut a piece off a heavy-duty paper clip, bend it into an "L" shape, and then krazy glue it such that the short end of the "L" rises up and replaces the piece that broke, and the long side provides a larger surface area to glue. I'm re-assembling at the moment, but it all looks pretty good so far.
