Get whatever you feel is what you want, I've always wanted desert gear, but it's never been practical anywhere in Canada with a few games in Quebec exempt. I have CADPAT myself, and as dandy as it is to have it, it's a tad expensive, especially if your after the quality Issue stuff. It's personal preference, I used to be practicality based, now I'm leaning more towards and impression based camoflage.
