Might put you around 380-390fps with that length, hard to say but form experience with PDI 150% springs that were thick wire, shiny black and longer than the 6 3/8" length.................
Let me know how hard it is to compress when putting the mechbox halves together. That'll say a lot! Not as important for some TM AEGs, but if it's a TM AEG with a V2 mechbox, expect it to bust the mechbox within the first couple thousand rounds if it's over 350fps. My real PDI 150% spring (which chronied at 350-352fps in my MP5 busted my mechbox within the time frame of two winter months shooting in the basement, zero games............if it's a shitty recent spring they made.............. sooner for you.)
