Hmm... could be I guess... but on many websites I found out these high mAhs batteries would work... and actually I made a thread about batteries for this gun before on this site and people suggested the 3300. Also, on retailer sites it would always say something like "people who have purchased this item (AK) also purchased:... blablabla" which would mostly be accessories... including these high mAh batteries.

Also, I have seen the lower mAh 8.4V batteries. I haven't held any but they looked the exact same size as the higher mAhs. It's the voltage that makes the battery pack bigger.... right? With the first battery I bought, the GP brand, the guy actually had to add another battery at the bottom to make it 8.4 because originally it was 7.2 so... seems to me the mAh doesn't matter in this case, I just can't fit the damn battery in the stock!
