I get the impression if its regarding refunds or other questions regarding return of merchandise, he takes his time, but will be on his horse once its a sale related question.
I emailed him asking if he could give me an estimate regarding my pre-order.
(have not heard from him yet and I don't plan on it)
First time dealing with him and I placed an $860 order. Its a little nerve racking none the less, but I'll sit tight and wait.
