dude, the g19 on 007 airsoft says its already got metal slide and barrel, i know this because im glock shopping as well
so far narrowed it down to the g19 or the kjw g23.
my advice to you(what little i can offer) go to google, write the name of the gun you want, followed by "review" that way you can see what other owners have had to say about the gun, this is how i landed on the decision to get the glock 23, very good word of mouth
