I tried KSC Perfect .25g when I first got my MAX M4 and it chopped them like crazy. It was with the M150 cylinder and I can't discount that as I do use it on occasion (semi only of course). It made quite a mess, enough that it required me to clean the gun. I only use Metal Tech .25s and I have no feeding issues to report and my accuracy and consistancy are fine. Couple that with the fact they are super easy for me to get, well......

I would like to use a heavier BB, maybe a .30g even. But maybe next year when my current case is gone. The MT may not be the absolute best there is, but they are easily available and I have been known to go through alot of BBs from time to time. The BF-3 game in Olds a couple of weeks ago took me through 4400 rounds on 2 9.6v 1600mah batteries at 400ish FPS.

A good way to know if a BB is any good at all, and expecially for a PTW is the squash test. Put a BB in a pair of pliers and squash it. If it shatters, breaks or flakes, avoid it like the plague. The steel nozzle and steel chamber of a PTW firing at 400+++ fps and 15 r/sec are merciless to a crappy BB. They will chop them like mad. The flaking is bad as well as this will lead to deposits in the barrel and hop-up. Avoid these BBs like your life depended on it.

If the BB you test deforms but stays intact, then it should work fine in the PTW and every other gun out there.
