All you need to do, is be of age, and check out the Canadian retailers at the top of the page.
I don't know how much luck you'll have getting this EXACT gun. But custom building it shouldn't be hard. You can probably just grab a CA SEAL CQB, and chop the stock. Boom. Instant AR pistol. Oh, don't forget the Beta C-mag
