The Red9's the most powerful handgun in the game (next to the magnums). It's a good thing you sold your punisher for it, once you upgrade it a bit it can own pretty much anything. Seriously, I took down an El Gigante with it with almost no effort, and 5 or 6 shots to the Giant Salazar's head will make him have to duck (exposing the real Salazar, a single rocket and a few magnum shots makes short work of him).
Trust me, an upgraded Red9 is your best friend in that game.
