So I'm looking to get either

something like this:

or something like this:

And I was wondering if anyone had any experience mounting these plates themselves. I'm not too sure how im going to mount it (as i dont know if the guarder one comes with screws? I kno the saiga mount probably needs hammer rivets). I don thave any capabilities to hammer rivet, so i was thinking of using just the machine screw/nut method ICS side mount uses.

(I dont want ot get the ICS one btw, cause its aluminum... having a vfc AK... i kinda want to do it right.)

So any experience you'd like to share?
