host the image at a place like imageshack. then on the blue bar near the top of this page click where it says
"user CP" on there you can edit your
"edit signature". Use tags like this
[img]yourimage location[/img]
Then the next time you post it will show up on your post.
Also make sure your signature is not big or the moderators will tell you to make it smaller.
