I've never personally had one, but from what I've read on other forums (FILAirsoft, airsoftmechanics) many people have had Guarder motors that died very quickly, or were dead on arrival.
Most people suggest the new Systema motors, or the ICS Turbo 3000. The G&P motors are also quite popular, especially the M120 "high speed" motor. There are also the CA motors and the new First Factory motors (which are just repackaged old-line Systema motors).
