Depends on the gun, M249s are pretty accurate, same goes for HK21, 23, 11 and 13. But LMGs like the RPK make it very hard to hit a target twice on full auto unless your prone.
And no matter what you do the spread will always be worse than a real gun, 1" spread at 60m compared to 1 inch spread at 600m lol
