off the top of my head:

Systema oilless bushing, and you'll probably need shims (I did). I had to clean the mechbox out of the yellow gunk JG uses. I found the bushing really hard to get in because JG tolerances are not the greatest. So make sure the bushings are in as far as they will go.

The CA gears seems fine to me, so I don't think there is a need to replace them anytime soon.
THe cylinder parts give a suprisingly good compression (the piston head even has 8 holes) so I don't think you need to replace those parts any time soon. But clean out the extra paste lube they used.

The brass cylinder hole: check it for sharp edges and file them down. The cylinder head o ring will pass the hole to take in air and if the hole has a sharp edge, it will cut your o ring over time. Mine was a bit sharp but I replaced it anyhow.

Clean out the barrel from any yellow lube then a drop or two of the low weight silicone oil on a q-tip down the barrel and a drop in the mag.

The other thing I did not like on the JG g36 is the hop up is not that good on my gun. If I add hop up, past 1/4 the bb start to jam.

so I 'm replacing the nub with an H-hop and the sleeve with a basic Systema.

I put in a brass spring guide (sorry can't remember the name of who makes it) Does it matter? As long as it solid brass with metal wings you are good.

And maybe change your tappet plate if you can find a really high grade one. I did but I feel it was a waste of $15 now. I could break both of them I i tried. It is not like the upgrade tappet plate is made of metal or some supperior plastic. If it breaks I still have my JG tappet plate ready to go.

So that finishes my mild upgrades.

down the line you might consider a better barrel and checking the hop up for air leaks.

Right now I upgraded with cylinder kit, and I have on order H-hop nub, a hop up sleeve, Prometheus 6.03 barrel 9.6 volt batteries, sector clip, and Mosfet.

the only thing I wont be upgrading is the spring because of game FPS limitations. I am more interested in increasing ROF and accuracy of shots. I am planning to get a 3 shot mosfet in Jan when hopefully they will be in production. I have no need for full auto at all.
