Well, that's all in the eye of the beholder of course. People have different feelings about such things - for example some people need the exact part for a gun, or just the right type of pouch for their kit, or it just isn't "right" to them.
It's not that the SVD kit on an AK is a bad choice. The pic in Cassius's post looks pretty nice for example. But if you are looking for the
exact SVD look, the SVD mod kit is the wrong tree to bark up.
