Mark has been absolutely terrific in replying to my emails. Registering and activation on his new website was pretty much instantaneous. This is my first time buying since DEA and Rangers shut down and I was hesitant to buy online since 007 is still in town, but Mark has what I want in stock and I only had to wait
4 minutes before Mark replied to my initial inquiry! Since then it's still been pretty much instantaneous responses to my emails - and that's even with him launching the new site and dealing with the whole new can of worms that that opens. I'm extremely impressed.
