The pro-win hopup reportedly raises your fps by 10-20, so getting a systema M120 would put him over 400fps. Prometheus MS110 shoots around 380fps so it gives you some leeway for your barrel and hopup chamber.
I found the best thing you can get to increase the ROF on a G36 is the G&P folding stock with the 9.6v large battery. With standard gears it should put your ROF over 1000rpm, problem is at that speed the guy's Hero Arms C-mag had trouble keeping up lol
